Terms and Conditions – Return Policy

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the return policy for products purchased from JMC Hockey (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and outline the guidelines and procedures for returning items. By making a purchase from us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Return Eligibility:

    1. All returns must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase.
    2. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    3. Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Return Procedure:

    1. Prior to returning any item, you must contact our customer service department at to initiate the return process.
    2. When contacting customer service, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.
    3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

    1. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error.
    2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection and Refund:

    1. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure compliance with the return eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
    2. If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
    3. Refunds will only include the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
    4. In the case of items that were purchased with a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be adjusted to reflect any discounts applied.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Products you received over 35 days ago
  2. Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  3. Products without original packaging or labels
  4. Products or packaging in poor condition
  5. Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements


We offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Change or Cancellation of Return Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.

Consumer Rights under UK Law:

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK laws.
